Ryan and Ladina Dougherty

Ryan and Ladina met while working as youth pastors in McMinnville, Oregon, and have been married since November, 2004.

Ryan and Ladina enjoy spending time with one another, and with their friends and family.

They have served in many different ministry positions, love God, and will serve Him in any way that He that He leads.

Ryan grew up in the Salem area, and has been engaged in the local church his entire life. He currently trains bus drivers for a local school district. He has played drums for over eighteen years,  and is gifted with the ability to play just about any instrument. He currently is the Sunday Worship Pastor here at Fellowship Church, and has been since 2008. Ryan has a desire to see others worship God, and loves being able to lead others into the presence of God. Ryan’s desire is to see people encounter God in a personal way. Ryan is a great example of what ‘loving people like Jesus’ looks like- authentically caring for others.

Ladina grew up in a small town (very small), and she has been in the Willamette Valley since 2000. Ladina was called into ministry at seventeen years old- knowing she was called to reach others for Christ. A mission’s trip to the Dominican Republic after she graduating from high school changed her life forever. She has a passion to see the youth of this generation encounter Jesus, and have their life changed by Him. Her greatest desire is to see the youth of this generation change the world.  Ladina is currently working as the  Youth Pastor here at Fellowship Church, and has been since 2008.

Ryan enjoys playing music, video games, reading God’s word, and spending time with his wife and friends.

Ladina enjoys knitting, reading, video games, and spending time with her husband and friends.
