Overall Description:

Our Weekend Worship Gatherings are a great example of a Foyer environment. They are the best place to invite a friend, family member, or acquaintance to introduce them to the life of our church, and ultimately to Jesus.

They are gatherings that include worship through music, teaching, prayer, fellowship, offerings, communion and sometimes baptism.

We currently offer one progressive Saturday Evening worship experience, and two unique Sunday Morning Worship Gathering experiences: an 8:30 AM Traditional Service and a 10:30 AM Worship Gathering that is more progressive in nature.

SATURDAYNIGHT

Fellowship Church SATURDAYNIGHT a unique gathering that includes a café  to promote community and relationships; a powerful service emphasizing a longer musical worship time; and a social activity each week after the gathering. Doors open for SATURDAYNIGHT at 5:30pm; service begins at 6pm; cafe stays open late; and social activities/outings take place following the event. This service is open to people of all ages, but a strong emphasis is put on college students and young adults through its weekly activities. The SATURDAYNIGHT Worship Gathering exists for Christians to worship Jesus, and for those investigating the faith to experience Him. It is a great environment  for people who have no experience with ‘church’ and for those who prefer a non-traditional approach to it. Everything at this Worship Gathering is done with our guests in mind, so this is the best ministry at Fellowship Church for a visitor or to invite someone to.

Childcare is available for children 6 months to 3 years from 6pm to 7:30pm at SATURDAYNIGHT to promote family involvement and attendance. There is currently no Kid’s Church at the SATURDAYNIGHT Worship Experience.

Sunday 8:30 AM Traditional Service:

Our 8:30 AM Traditional Service is a celebration of our Risen Savior for people that prefer a more traditional church setting. It is very relaxed and includes quieter more traditional hymns and praise songs. There tends to be more times of corporate prayer and contemplation within the service. The teaching is usually more expositional in nature, and the service tends to be shorter than the following 10:30 AM Worship Gathering. Although everyone is welcome, the 8:30 AM Traditional Service is geared for older adults and those who worship more comfortably in a traditional setting.

Currently there is no Nursery or Kid’s Church at our 8:30 AM Traditional Service.

10:30 AM Worship Gathering:

Our 10:30 AM Worship Gathering is a time of worship for people who have no experience with ‘church’ and for those who prefer a non-traditional approach to it. It is a casual service that includes louder more contemporary and progressive worship music. The 10:30 AM Worship Gathering exists for Christians to worship Jesus, and for those investigating the faith to experience Him. Everything at this Worship Gathering is done with our guests in mind, so this is one of the best ministries at Fellowship Church for a visitor or to invite someone to.

Nursery and Kid’s Church is offered for the entire duration of the Gathering.
